I received the yellow clock as a gift. The alarm in clock number one only flashed the light, there was no sound. Neither the alarm light, nor the bell worked in clocks two and three. I stopped trying after that.
Customer service was great and I loved the look of the clock, but am really disappointed I couldn't get one to work.
Excellent clock, takes a bit to get use to setting the alarm to the precise time. As well the alarm can be a bit startling the first few times. Remarkably quiet. Overall: as described. Beautiful Industrial Design.
The Moon Beam clock is beautiful, functional and just simply great to look at! I leave the back light on at night, so when I wake up in the middle of the night I view the clock as if it were a full moon, telling me the time. The pale green color is exceptional.
