This is an excellent, warm, Winter hat. The strap comes with a buckle arrangement, but I added a snap to that strap to make it easier to secure. Our black Labrador retriever went wild when sniffing the rabbit fur. This keeps my head warm and dry, even down into the teens.
I had ordered a man's small for my 12 year old grandson, as I could not find a kids L or XL in black anywhere, and it fit perfectly. I was not crazy about paying the adult price, but you do these things for your grandchildren. He is so happy to have one, as it's a very popular hat with kids now as well as adults, and all his friends have one. The hat is very well made and will definitely keep his head, ears and neck warm this winter. I am very pleased with the quality as it's extremely well made and it is definitely worth the price.
