I was disappointed in this bomber hat on all levels. It was shown in the catalog with grey fur and was received with white rabbit fur. The strap had an uncomfortable buckle that would not have been very uncomfortable to wear under your chin and did not sit well when buckled on the top of the hat. I bought this hat for my granddaughter who loves wearing her grandfather's mad bomber hat which I purchased a number of years ago from LL Bean. I would have preferred paying a higher price for the LL Bean quality we have come to expect.
Bought this for my brother-in-law who lives in WI and works outdoors - he says it's comfortable and VERY warm. He cautions that you should keep it away from pets, though, since the trim is real fur (i.e., his dog is itching to turn it into a chew toy!)
