This hat is a hoot! Cute, very warm, hubby loves it! Fits perfectly. Personally, I would prefer to live in a climate that is more moderate, but if you have to live in Wisconsin, you really need this hat.
I had ordered this before reading all the feedback, but I'm happy with it. The fur does not shed. The strap is a bit flimsy but it's used more to hold the flaps up rather than to use a chin strap. For that purpose it works just fine. And, the fit is certainly one size smaller, so order the next size up. For me, the XL was not available. The Large fits... but a bit snug. Very warm and comfortable, not bulky like similar hats. I will certainly be using this hat a lot.
