Why settle for Bozo the Clown slippers when these are available? Without a doubt the most comfortable and best looking slipper I have ever owned. The shearling lining wicks away moisture while keeping my feet warm. I use these as house slippers versus indoor/outdoor use. While they will tolerate a quick trip outside, their design is not conducive to outdoor use (soft leather sole). These slippers are worth every penny.
On the Ides of March 68 years is the time. Over much of that time I have enjoyed the products & sevice provided by L.L. Beam. This order is the 3rd pair of slippers, the last pair lasted over 11 years. The new ones are great! Due to a change in shoe size from 8D - 10E I ordered a 10 which did not allow for the way the slipper molds to the foot. The L.L. Beam Service Reps. were great working through this issue.
I generally work from home so my house shoes are, in essence, my work shoes. These slippers were received as a gift and have proven themselves to be stylish, comfortable and warm. I was concerned that the leather sole would prove to slick on my carpet stairs but suprisingly they dont slide on the carpet. I love these shoes so much that my parents will be getting a pair and I have just become a die hard LL Bean fan.
