The vintage flannel nightgown I bought is very soft and warm. It stood up to washing in hot water without shrinking. I bought the petal pink nightgown, which is a beautiful, pale pink. I have the indigo, red, and sky blue nightgowns in my collection. They look like dresses, so you can wear them without a robe.
I've been pleased with my first dobby nightgown (navy stripes on cream background) from over a year ago, and I got the light blue one in October. Perfect. I like the appearance and feel, and the pin-tuck pleats on front and back add extra warmth, which I really appreciate.
I Looooove this nightgown! It is the softest flannel sleepwear I have ever owned. The more I wash it . . . the softer it gets. Sometimes with flannel after multiple washings it can feel a bit ruff or almost scratchy. The detailing on this gown is very pretty! I will be buying the other two colors next.
