This nightgown is very roomy to sleep in and comes almost down to my ankles. It is so comfortable to sleep in. The fabric does not feel like flannel to me but it is a soft cotton feel. I would term this nightgown as practical and nice looking but not beautiful. I am very pleased with it.
I have a few of the vintage flannel nightgowns and they are the warmest, most comfortable, and cute nightgowns. Great for cuddling by the fire. Takes me back to my childhood.
Bought the gown for my sister because I've had one for a number of years. It is head and shoulders above any gown I have or have had. Well made; strong; warm. And, pretty.
This is a beautiful soft pink flannel. Lovely to look at and just the right weight for our Texas winters. The pintucks give it shape in the bodice and lets the gown fall to a flowing skirt. Not too much, not too little, so it doesn't get excessively baggy.
