Women in my family love this nightgown! The detailed styling makes it graceful and feminine, and the fabric is warm and soft. The pintucks allow ample ease of movement. The nightgown retains its shape and color after many washings. In fact, it wears so well that the only reason I'm ordering another one is to enjoy a new color. I've had 2 dolby flannel nightgowns for at least 8 years, and they show no signs of wearing out. The first thing I check out when the LL Bean catalog arrives every fall is whether these nightgowns are still available. I wish LL Beanwould offer the identical design in a cotton lawn so I could wear it for fall and spring as well as winter. Please keep making this nightgown!
I found this night gown to be very soft and it looks really comfy. It's too bad that it's a Christmas gift, I'll just have to get myself one. Wish you could buy this item in store instead of online.
After looking to no avail for flannel warm winter gowns I found this one! It is well made, has a lovely touch with the stitched down pleats on the bodice and added interest as this stitching uses the vertical stripe in the fabric as guide for the stitching line. The material is soft and cozy-pattern of print is old fashioned and feminine--nice long length-all in all a lovely throwback to a warmer, nicer winter gown.
