I now have several of these nightgowns and they are among the most comfortable that I own. I'm 5'2" and this nightgown doesn't drag on the floor or come down over my hands. I got a medium and it fit me prior to becoming pregnant, as well as after. So between me weighing 130 and 170 pounds, it's still pretty roomy and comfortable.
I was looking for a warm, durable, comfortable flannel nightgown to replace one I had been using for 10+ years. Found it! Love love love this vintage-style nightgown. It's roomy, so you might want to buy down a size.
Finally, after about 6, years, my LL Bean flannel nightgown (same nightgown) was beginning to show signs of wear. So I have replaced it with the identical nightgown, in a new color. It fits perfectly, is very comfortable, and I already know I'll have it for a long time. I'm one happy camper!
