The nightgown fits very well and is pretty; however I had expected the material to be thicker, more of what I think of as an old fashioned flannel nightgown. The material is rather thin...too thin.
I love this nightgown! Because of the lovely vertical pleats both front and back, the garment is very big and full; and it's down to my ankles -- SO it's roomy and comfy on cold nights. I bought a medium and could have used a small, but since I find the volume of the gown so comfortable, I'm glad I have the medium.
This gown is exactly what I was hoping for. It's warm, roomy and very comfortable. I can tell it's made well but I have not washed it yet but I do not anticipate any issues. The XL is plenty big.
