Let me first say that this is a lovely nightgown! I bought the blue and love the color, and the basic design. There are some improvements that really need to be done for it to be worth the cost, though. It really needs to be made longer! If I were 5'2" the length would be great, but being 5'5"+ (an average height) makes it come well above my ankles, and 100% cotton means never put it in the dryer either. It runs pretty big; I bought a small (I wear 4-6) and it's still pretty wide around me, allowing quite a bit of cold in. The last thing is, the fabric is not what I would call flannel. It's more of a soft lighter weight fabric. Not really up to LL Beans usual quality of flannel.
I love these. I bought the red and white one a couple of years ago, and it has been my go-to gown for cold nights in the Rockies. This year I got the blue one and I just love the color. Winter do your worst! I am well prepared.
