This is the best flannel nightgown EVER! Before I go into my story, let me say ... buy it! I have one from many years ago and absolutely love, love, love it. Although the fabric is thick and lush, after years of use, it has finally warn out. And, after hours of looking for another perfect flannel nightgown, I managed to find this same one, again on LLBean's website. Unfortunately, it was sold out and not available via stores on-line. I was so determined to get it, I called LLBean and spoke to customer service person who, much to my surprise, said ... "Yes. We have it available!" You can imagine how thrilled I was. The quality is excellent, it's roomy and soft. The color is a nice soft blue. I was looking for something substantial and still a bit elgagent and tasteful. Hard to find in flannel. This is it.
It became apparent in November that my old reliable flannel nightgown might not make it through its 10th season; I put off thinking of replacing it because it had kept me warm and comfortable for so many years. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to your WEB site and found the exact replacement. I am very happy that the "replacement" is every bit as warm and comfortable as my original gown. Thank you for continuing to provide beautifully made garments that last and last!
Best fitting winter night gown in years. The neck line comes up to the base of my neck, sleeves are longer, and the gown comes almost to the floor. Love it. Keeps you warm without making you sweat when sleeping.
