I fell in love with this gown more than 10 years ago and received one for Christmas. I've worn it each winter almost daily. And, it still works! And, I still love it.
Talk about quality!!! It's soft, comfortable, graceful -- and it has worn like iron.
I read many reviews before I purchased this gown. Sadly, I did not get a gown that was described with by the glowing reviews. Not only did the length of the gown shrink drasticly, but the fabric feels like an antique flannel sheet after washing. I am a laundry freak. The only thing washed in hot water is towels and rags. I have a tumble front load machine; use a gentle soap and I have soft water in the house. The laundry load is not over packed yet this gown feels like sand paper. My dryer loads are always on extra low for 20 to 40 minutes only and are taken out immediately from tossing. I had no luck with this gown. So.....disappointed.
