Bought these for my wife 3 years ago and they finally needed replacement. She wears them all the time. The new ones are as comfortable and nice fitting (petite) as the originals. I still get compliments for finding these at LLBean.
I have an LL Bean flannel nightgown from about 15 years ago. Though it's faded, it's still going strong. When I decided I needed another, I went to LL Bean because the old one is so great. I do love the new nightie. It's generous with the fabric and beautifully detailed. However, the flannel is not quite as thick as with my older nightgown.
This is a wonderful flannel nightgown. It is warm, washes well (with just a slight bit of shrinkage) and feels soft against the skin. I may order another one as these sell out fast (I waited too long last year).
I have been thinking about ordering this nightgown for a while now, and am I ever glad I did this year. I am in it every evening that I am home! It is very well made, nice and warm and nice and roomy!
