This nightgown is long, but not too long(I am 5'3"), roomy, warm and true to size. It is also attractive. I read many of the other reviews about how it is darker than appears in the picture and it is but I am really pleased with it!
The best gown I've ever bought! Typical LLBean great quality. Soft, warm, and pretty. It's very roomy -- I got a large, and could easily have used a medium -- but I decided to keep the large because it is so comfortable. I might get another one of these because now it's the only one I want to wear!
I can't tell you how pleased I am with this nightgown, from the quality of the fabric to the color and pattern. I received what I felt was a high compliment from my daughter when she saw me in this gown and said, "Mom, you look like 'Litte House on the Prairie'." :)
Ironically, I came by this nightgown b/c I was looking for a warm nightgown that is suitable for nursing my baby. All other nursing PJ's elsewhere are so thin and hardly cover anything. The buttons go down low enough to nurse and, although I do look a bit colonial and funny when I wear it (my husband thinks it's cute, though!), it feels amazing. This gown is so comfortable and washes so well, I am back here to buy another one, but the petite small is unavailable for now... :( Oh well!
