I was pleasantly surprised with the material used for this nightgown. It is soft but thick. Sometimes flannel items can be so thin that they barely keep you warm. This gown is cozy and does keep you rather warm, even though it is cut very loose and billowy. It is super comfortable and the vintage pattern is absolutely charming. You'll feel like you are on Little House on the Prairie.
I would have given this gown 5 stars because it is nice material and fits great, the only thing I did not love was the color. I got the other color also and it was ho hum color.
I am now on my 3rd one of this item, if not fourth! I wear them until the elbows wear out, and then I can't wait for the new one to arrive. This nightgown is warm and cozy, roomy and soft. I love it.
I love everything about this nightgown. This is my 2nd one. My first, in red, is more than 10 years old. Since it will apparently never wear out, I bought another just to have a change of color (blue).
This nightgown is so comfortable! It has plenty of fabric to be cozy but not so much that I'm tangled up in it once in bed. I like the length--my legs are covered but I'm not tripping on it.
Buttons on the placket are wonderful for letting me open them for those "warm" times or close them for more warmth.
The only thing I'd wish for is more colors -- but then I'd have several in my drawer since they never wear out!
