ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, attractive, soft
This nightgown is not only soft and comfortable, but attractive and a good value for the quality of workmanship and detail. I like the option of buttoning it all the way up, and it is just the right long length (all the way down but not too long) on my 5'4 and 1/2" frame. I am very pleased!
I am returning this nightgown for the reason mentioned by other reviewers. The flannel is barely flannel. It feels and weighs more like smooth cotton. The identical gown I received two years ago is still warm and heavy and fuzzy. I am very disappointed in the drop in flannel quality.
This is my second one - I wore the first one out. Not too hot but it keeps you warm and it's very soft. It launders well and always looks good on. I love it!
I have had one of these nightgowns for years, and I am ordering two more while my size is still available. The flannel is snuggly soft, even after a hundred or more washings, and the fit is wonderful. There is plenty of fabric so you won't be bound up in the nightgown if you toss and turn during the night. I absolutely love that it comes in Petite sizes. Thank you L.L.Bean!
The only drawback: if you don't order early enough in the season, the small sizes sell out and you'll have to wait for next year.
