This nightgown is roomy, and has a nice design, but the fabric is thin. I expected better quality from LLBean. I give it 3 stars for design and comfort, but am disappointed with the fabric weight.
I'm deducting a 1/5 star because the material is thinner than previous flannel nightgowns I've gotten from LL Bean. The color (pale mauve) is so wonderful, I wish they used this color more. It seems to run a bit large. I might have been able to get away with a smaller size, but roomy is good for nightgowns.
I received this nigh gown for Christmas, and absolutely love it. The cut is roomy but flattering at the same time. The flannel is a nice thickness, and is warm. The colors are pretty.I would recommend this night gown to a friend.
While i appreciate the effort put into the execution of this garment, it sadly is lacking. The fabric has no "sizing" to speak of, being listless and without body. It is thin and unsatisfactory. Sizing, persay, is accurate, me being a 5'1"/97# female, I ordered a XS in the barberry dobby. It fits perfectly. I must say the color itself is horrid; ugly, to be honest. Needless to say it is going back to Freeport.
