I have bought "the original" of this nightgown for years and loved it -- warm and cozy. But this nightgown this year only looks the same. I compared it with the past ones and this one is thin, hardly "flannel" and is a different fabric made to look like the old ones - but as disappointing as I have ever seen. This is the first time Bean has fouled up -- but it is a big one!
I received this vintage flannel nightgown as a christmas gift several years ago. The material seemed much heavier and it seemed to have a quality appearance to it, like a polished flannel, where the one I just purchased did not have any of those qualities. Personally, I think its over priced for what you're getting. I am really disappointed in the quality. Thanks for allowing me to give you feed back.
