I read all the reviews before purchasing, those that said it wasn't a flannel were right, it is certainly a light fabric but it fits well and feels nice, it is also very nice to sleep in, trade off is I need to wear a robe around the house but I am happy that it is just right for sleeping so all in all I would recommend this item, I purchased the red but may also purchase the blue
This is the second vintage flannel nightgown I have purchased from LLBean. They are lovely to look at, warm and cozy to wear. If you are a flannel nightgown fan, as I am, this is a necessary addition to your collection. After 3 years, my first purchase still looks like new.
Have bought this (basically) same LL Bean flannel gown many times through the years & never disappointed. Winters get pretty chilly around KY but this gown is so soft & comfortable. Generous cut so does not bind or twist when you are sleeping. Washes easy, fading is not a problem. I will keep buying this nightgown. Thank you LL Bean for such quality & beauty.
