I now have three of these gowns - they are my all time fave - in design, fabric and fit. The long sleeves have a button at the bottom cuff - you can slip your thumb into the hole above the button to keep the sleeves pulled down while you're reading in bed on a cold night and you can button the neck up - the perfect fix for readers who like to stay cozy and warm. It's nice and billowy - big enough to curl your legs up inside and the pin-tucked bodice makes for good coverage plus it washes and drys like a dream. The fabric is beautiful, warm, comfortable and long lasting - it's neat they've been coming out with new colors on a regular basis. I wish it were floor length on me but understand why that can't be since we're all different heights - I can live with ankle length since it has so many other good points.
I am very happy with my new Flannel Gown. Warm and Cozy, and a cherry color. The sleeves are long enough, even after washing and being in the dryer! The cuffs are not tight but just right. The length.... going down to my ankles is perfect and keeps my legs warm on chilly mornings. The flannel is not thick, but the pintucks on the bib and on the back, make the gown comfy and warm.
