I bought this lovely flannel night gown hoping to keep my wife warm on winter nights. I Since I have been married for 46years and she only wears flannel , and mostly all from LL Bean, I know she wont be disappointed. What is .important is the length, which she says is perfect. I know at my age it is every mans fantasy to see their loved one in a LL Bean flannel nightgown
This is a beautifully made nightgown. The pleats in the front are also in the back. The fabric is yummy soft flannel. I washed it and it didn't seem to shrink. Can't wait for the weather to turn cooler so I can wear it !
I have owned these nightgowns for years. They are are great quality, durable, warm and wash well without shrinking. (I wash in lukewarm water and hang to dry.)
The fabric is a great weight and I have not found them to be stiff, as someone else described. I do agree that they fit large - am 5'9" and weigh 195 lb. and the XL fits perfectly. Just received two new ones and the new colours are great. Can't wait to wear them.
