This is a amazingly comfortable gown with plenty of wiggle room in it and winter snow cozy. It washes like a charm. I liked it so much I bought a second one. The red one will let you pretend you are Mrs. Santa Claus.
Such a pretty nightgown but the construction quality is awful. Fires thing I noticed was the pleats on one side of the front were about 2" longer than the other side making the whole front pull sideways. The bottom has a shirttail finish with the back several inches shorter than the front. And the whole thing only came to mid calf even though I am only 5'2" tall. I have always loved LLBean quality. But that seems to be a thing of the past.
I feel like Laura Ingles in these extremely comfy pj's. I am 5'6 and they are the perfect length .... and they keep me warm all night (circulation issues with my legs). They run true to size, very roomy, so if you like it close to the skin, goa size smaller. I bought the cream color and am reaedy to get the red as well. Just really terrific. Couldnt be happier!
I love this nightgown! I have it on my wish list for Christmas again this year. The pintucking is very pretty. It is a very soft and light weight material . . . yet warm flannel. Washes and stays nice and soft. It does not get stiff and hard like some flannel nightgowns I own. I could wear it every night. Wish you had pajama's made out of this same material.
