my mom had been looking for a warm, comfy and good looking nightgown and when i saw this in the catalogue i knew i had to get it for her. shipped it as a surprise and she absolutely loves it. says it's very well made (she sews herself and really notices quality work) and very attractive in its detail. i was so glad to have found this nightgown and surprise my mom with a present for no special reason.
This is the fourth one I've purchased. Love the warmth and roomy fit! My daughter liked being gifted with one, while my son-in-law loves LLBean's chamois shirts..
I bought this nightgown as a gift for a dear friend in another state. As the old line goes, "I did good!" She continues to rave about it every time I talk to her. Not only has she cited the workmanship, particularly on the bodice but it washes beautifully and is very comfortable on especially cold nights. I am reminded that I must now buy one for myself.
My favorite flannel nightgown is still serviceable at five years old, but I wanted a new one just like it. This is so roomy I can pull my knees up inside the skirt and wrap my toes in warmth. Love it!
