ProsGreat Value, Comfortable, Performing as Expected
Temp fell to 6 above this morning here in central Minnesota with 2" fresh snow atop the sheet ice we got yesterday, yet with my new Winter Warmer boots, my morning dog-walk was nice and comfortable. My feet stayed warm and traction was good and steady, even with a Great Pyrenees pulling at the leash!
These boots are heavy, but I like 'em that way. I am very pleased with my purchase!
I was looking for boots that had the comfort rating for the lowest possible temperature since I'll wear them in Fairbanks, AK.These are great warm boots. I'm glad I got the velcro version. I wear a half size so I ordered up and there is plenty of room for layering socks. The price is right. As the winter progresses I'll find out if the boots can handle all the subzero weather.
ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, Performing as Expected
I bought these boots based on the warmth factor because I go out to Montanna every year in January with my wife. I am 69 years old and have used thes boots for 3 years in tempatures ranging from 23 degrees to a minus 30 degrees. My feet have stayed warm and dry all the time and with no foot problems. I am in these boots from 7:30 AM to dark driving snowmobiles, walking and taking lots of winter pictures of animals. Last year the temperature dipped to a -40 degrees and we were on the trail at a minus 24 degrees. These boots are great and fairly easy on and off. I highly reccomend thse boots.
I bought these for my husband, who normally wears a 9 shoe. The 9 boot was too big, and there's no half sizes, so we're out of luck. He's tried on several other winter boots and said these were definitely the most comfortable.
