Bought these for my 80 year old Dad as he was always complaining his feet were cold around the house (WI winters!) He usually won't wear anything wool as it itiches but these didn't bother him at all. Super warm and good value!

These socks are great! Unfortunately the heels wear through within the year, on mine. But they are the best while they last.
Besides LLBean is the only place I can find them.

This sock is not the thickest wool sock I have bought, but it is not the thinnest either. The top stays up on the leg without it being too tight. The feel is soft even after washing once. I plan to buy more as this sock wears out (as all socks do).
