This is the first time that I purchased the wool-blend ragg socks. They are perfect with my birkenstock sandals which I like to wear year-round. These socks have kept my feet cozy warm during this recent cold spell where temps have been in the 20s & 30s. Incredibly soft and not itchy at all. I am very pleased with these socks.
Have purchased two pairs every winter and wear them for four months, accumulating six pair now. From December through March in the Midwest they have become a must have for me, even though much of my life is spent in doors.
These socks are for my husband in the northeast. He reports that when he washed them before wearing, that they "sloughed off lots of lint" onto his new LLbean sweatshirt's inside. They are nice and warm, which he needs.

What a surprise when I opened the bag containing the wool ragg socks I ordered!I usedto wear the exact same socks over 40 years ago when I was younger and skiied and hiked in Vermont. They lasted a very long time, wash after wash, such sturdy material! I especially liked the length-they came approx. half way up my shins, which was great for warmth.
