I have been a fan of these socks since the 1990s. They wear well, are warm when its cold, wick away moisture when its hot, and are very comfortable. I use them for everyday wear, and use heavier cushioned socks for hiking, as I hike weekly over rocky terrain. Yet, I plan to test them out as a hiking sock as well this summer.
I bought these socks for my husband for Christmas. He loves them. They are thick, warm and cozy with just the right amount of stretch. They wash very well and retain their stretch and shape.
These are great socks and the only ones my husband will wear. It is so wonderful that they are machine washable. They are very soft and do not itch. Our only complaint is that the heels wear out much too quickly. I wish the manufacturer would take measures to reinforce the heels as the rest of the sock is in good shape.
