Even though I am a devoted LL bean fan, I am not thrilled with these socks. The main problem is that they are too big, but that was the only option I had in women's sizes. Years past I was able to buy rag wool socks that fit. I guess if they wear well I will be satisfied.
IVE BEEN BUYING RAG SOCKS FROM LL BEAN SINCE 1977... IVE TRIED OTHERS...FOR HIKING ETC..BUT NONE CAN COMPARE FOR COMFORT AND DURABILITY THAN LL BEAN'S 'RAG SOCKS'. AS A US PARK RANGER @ GLACIER NAT'L PARK...I WAS ALWAYS COMFORTABLE W/WEARING BEAN'S RAG SOCKS..EVEN NOW I STILL WEAR THEM..EVERYDAY.
