I can't live without these socks. In the winter for warmth and for hiking in the nicer weather. They wash well and wear forever! (wouldn't you expect that of an LL Bean product?)
I bought these socks for years and was very happy with them, but the quality has really deteriorated. The pairs that I got this winter developed big holes in the heels after 5-6 wearings. No longer worth the money.
My husband loves these socks. He works in a non-heated building, and it is cold. They keep his feet very warm and even make his feet feel better in his work shoes.
