Nice weight socks, good colors and warm. Unfortunately, after several washings (delicate cycle) they began to "pill". This doesn't seem to affect their warmth but they aren't very attractive anymore.
These socks are warm and long-wearing. Since first using them I've given them as Christmas gifts, too. Some years I receive special requests from friends and family that've gotten them for previous Christmases.
My husband wears XL socks, which are in themselves hard to find. His feet tend to be cold in the winter, working outside and frequently on concrete; so, XL and warm are a great combination!
still a nice product, BUT, in recent years have noted that the heel wears out in a about 90 days ...used to last at least a year or longer. too pricey to considered as a "DISPOSABLE" !
