My title says it all. I ordered using the Women's sizing chart (the largest size available) but they were too small, the heel didn't get to my heel which resulted in it bunching under my foot. Luckily I've a larger foot than my husband so he gets a new pair of socks from the deal.
I went through the toes of my former pairs and missed them so much I had to have some more. I'm glad you still carry them. I'm ordering 2 more pairs so that I can survive the -25 degree weather we've been having lately.
First time trying these and fell in love...so I bought for my husband and son. They also love them. Yes, they are very thick...but ohhh so comfortable and warm!! They wash well..I don't dry mine in the dryer. I think anything with wool should be just air dryed..they seem to last longer and stay in shape better. If you live where there is snow and colder temps, then these socks are a MUST.
These socks are just as they look in the photo. They stretch well as you put them on, are wool, but do not scratch, and the varying color schemes make them enjoyable accents to the wardrobe. As a young, active individual, I feel comfortable wearing them around the house, or while hiking. The stretch makes the tightness enjoyable (not too loose, not constricting), while the softness feels like I am wearing slippers. I will be purchasing the women's version for my wife, and a few extra pairs for my father.
