been purchasing these socks for years, love them, not as well made now as in the past...& actually return a pair because of holes in the toe seams, but return was no problem & they sent another pair.
I bought two pair of the 12 inch green socks last summer and those have held up well and are warm and comfortable. Later I bought two pairs of the blue socks and although they were washed as directed and rack dried, they shrank and felted. The blue pair are difficult to put on and are now short like crew socks, Probably will not be useable much longer..
I expected the socks to be comfortable like the old ragg wood slipper socks I got from you years ago. They weren't. I washed them in cold water, inside out, just as the directions said. They were lumpy and uncomfortable and I had to return them. The size was fine and perhaps someone with less sensitive feet would like them better.
