These socks are nice and thick. Very insulating with boots on. Not the best for just wearing around the house. They're no so warm without insulation around them.

My son recieved some of these socks as a gift , and loved them so much had me to order him more! He works outside and they keep your feet warm and do not sweat.
These are a holiday favorite at our house, and are used winter and summer for hiking. The socks are warm, comfortable and durable, and run true to size.

So, they're a little pricey..........but they fit perfectly and are heavy enough to last a very long time. Much better than I could find at other dept stores.
