I really liked these shirts when I got them, but after not too long a period, they started looking worn and fuzzy. They weren't quite pilled, just a worn fuzziness. I've only had them a year, only wearing them a few months and they're too worn to wear out. I have lots of t-shirts - I didn't wear them this much to warrant the wear. I'm trying a different shirt this time.
I bought three of these t-shirts in Beans when I was on holiday four years ago and I still wear them constantly. I've ordered four more because I can't beat the quality in the UK, and certainly not for this price - even when import duty has been added. They keep their shape well and are a great fit. Given some of the new styles of tees, and having read the reviews, I was concerned to order the right size (in case the cut or length had changed). Beans were really helpful when I contacted them and gave me sound advice.
