This shirt fabric and style is awesome. I wear them all winter long as a base layer. They are soft, comfortable and hold up really well even after many washings.
I'm very disappointed to hear they've been discontinued. I've been buying them for years. I buy them as gifts and have made two recipients loyal customers. Please bring them back.
I am extremely upset to hear that this cut of the shirt has been discontinued. While you can still get the crewneck cuts in the pima cotton - this V neck has an elegance to it that can dress up any casual wear. Its so classic LL Bean - classic, comfortable, and stylish.
This shirt has been a basic in my wardrobe for many years. The colors are fabulous and stay wash after wash after wash. The fit is just right - not too loose but not too tight, and the cotton extremely durable - you can pull the sleeves up and down and they maintain their shape so well. Its also a great multi seasonal shirt, as the cotton is cool enough for cooler summer weather but warm enough for the fall and even layered in the winter.
I have read many other customer reviews on this product requesting its return, and I know LL Bean prides itself on customer service, with good reason. This shirt always sells out so quickly, and people are asking for it - - a sure sign that bringing it back will be a success!

A classic knit shirt. I have a dozen of these. Great fabric. Great fit. Classic look---dressy or casual. The crew-neck is not nearly as classy or versatile. I just came back to order more. What's happening? Surely LLB is not discontinuing this very fine product? That would be a grave mistake. This is one of those products that keeps me coming back...and usually buying a few more things when I do.
Love these tees. Have maybe up to 20 of them in a variety of colors. In the last two years have found them harder to come by.
Either they are sold out, or suddenly the color choice is a lot more limited than they use to be even if your size is available.
Don't know what is going on. Possibly less popular than they use to be or wildly more popular than they use to be. Try logging on as early as January for new colors and availability but it is not working.
