I've been wearing these for years, but always only in black and navy. Finally Bean is offering more saturated colors, like chocolate and "deep water blue," a rich deep teal. Great for women who don't like to wear corals, creams, pinks and yellows.

Nice shirt. I love the look and feel of the Pima. This one was to replace one I ruined. In regards to the comparison, the new one is slightly larger all around. Longer sleeves, hemline, and wider fit. Ok with me, because I use it for layering on cool nights and protection from the sun. KUDOS.
Pros: The fabric is very soft (though I prefer that of the bean's tee, because it seems heavier and more durable). The fit is good.
Cons: The reason for 3 stars is that after washing the tee, the V-neck just becomes soooo huge- it stretches very badly. This does not happen with the crew-neck, so that get a 4.5.
I have this top in several colors and regularly wear them with work suits in the fall and winter, as well as with jeans. They've held up well after multiple washes and are really soft.
