I bought 2 of these shirts in black and white to wear under my scrub tops this winter. The neckline is just perfect for doing this. I fell in love with the style and softness of this shirt. The fit is just perfect and looks great under cardigan sweaters also. I did order one in butter but it is more of a cream color instead of the yellow that I saw on-line. I am keeping it anyway because it also is a great and versatile color for me.
To be honest the only reason I ordered this t-shirt was the reasonable price and the need for clothes. BUT I was wonderfully surprised by the softness and how nicely it comes out of the laundry.
I love LL Bean's pima cotton tees. I keep buying them in different colors. They are smooth and silky, drape very well, work perfectly alone or under layers. The colors are great! I usually like to wear my tees untucked. The length is perfect for me - not too long to wear over a waistband, not too short that it can't be tucked.
The only problem I have experienced is that it will stain stubbornly if it comes in contact with oil. I'm still working on solving that one.
I Have a wish that LLB would sell some attractive, textured, colorful non-sweater vests to accompany these tees!

I love LLBean Pima cotton t-shirts because they fit perfectly and they are so soft. They are also wash and wear and so easy to maintain. I have a closet full of them.
