Just ordered several of these wonderful bags. I love them all except the Cool Green. It's nearly florescent. Other than that, they are so durable & timeless.

My most favorite tradition is to give one to nieces/nephews for their first birthdays. Then they use them when they come to Auntie's house for sleepovers. My oldest nephew is 16 and he still has his, my newest is a 6 month old niece who'll be getting her very own bag for her 1st b-day. (I get the kids the medium, big enough for overnight necessities but small enough that they can carry themselves!)
I have an XL one I use for groceries...and also to transport my crockput for work potluck lunches! I have a medium one I use daily for my son's daycare things. I have a large that zips and has longer handles which is nice when toting my pocketbook and other important "mommy" things with my young son in my arms. Love the long handles for this purpose.
In total I have 4 and we use them literally ALL THE TIME!
Also great for gifts. I gave one to my dad which says "Pop" b/c that's what the grandkids call him. He almost always has it with him with toys/snacks/etc for the kids....just like a good Pop should! All of my sisters have rec'd size Larges. As noted above, all nieces/nephews have been given Medium sizes. These are so worth the money b/c they will last you forever!

I purchased this bag based on the size, price, and also because of ALL the great reviews! Well it stands up to its reputation. It is so well made and sturdy. I read the bag holds up to 400 pounds. I would not go that far as to test 400 pounds, but we did fit our 10 year old son in the bag, zipped, with his head sticking out. He is about 4 1/2 feet tall and weighs around 80 pounds. My husband lifted the bag using the straps and there was not a worry at all about stability. Totally awesome bag! Bought another one as an anniversary gift for a friend! I would suggest if you have small items such as lip balm, sunblock, keys, etc using a small pouch(zip-lock baggy) inside to keep things together. There are no pockets.
