Thanks so much to llbean for putting up with me. I'm planning on using these bags for groceries and the farmer's market and it took me three times to get it right. I ordered the small tote first and it was much too small. Then ordered the large and it was too large! Turns out the medium was just right albeit it's a little shorter then the bags they sell in the grocer. All three bags were consistent in construction and quality. As far as the color goes I had ordered the bittersweet at first and it was pinker then I was hoping, thought it would be a burnt orange. Ended up with red and it's just right. Thank you!
This is a great bag. The color Golden Cider is a bit more yellow than golden, otherwise I would have ordered another one. I got it in the large size and it it is great for bringing multiple items in from the car. I love this bag!
this bag is HUGE people! I am not sure what I'm going to use it for, but when I need it I am sure I will be very thankful that I have this gigantic, heavy duty bag.
seriously, a previous reviewer mentioned using the XL as a carryon, but I don't think this would fit in the overhead or under the seat in front of you. --you can carry a 4 year old kid in this thing!
woudl probably be GREAT for camping --sleeping bags (plural) or whatever.
I purchased this tote (large size, long handles, zip top) for my wife a few months back. She has loved it from the start. Even after much use the canvas has held its shape well. She mainly uses the tote for quick overnight trips (1-2 nights max) as hasn't been too short on room. Also doubles as a gym bag (can carry both of our gear). Future plans for the tote include: boating, camping and family outings with the dogs. Very pleased with the accompanying monogram as well.
