I bought this as a gift for a friend's third baby. I had received one as well a few years ago and they are the perfect size for when they start preschool. Kids love to have their name on their own bags, and the style is simple enough that they'll never outgrow it. Still looks great even after repeat washings.
I received the red trim largest bag with zipper many Christmases ago. I use it for my main travel bag for local trips or carry on. It holds a lot of things. It is strong and sturdy, and holds its shape. These bags make me feel good when I give them as gifts because of the quality. You will love it. Buy at least one.

I absolutely love my tote. I chose the medium size with a zip top and use it as a purse. As a student, the bag is bumped around a lot so I decided to design my own so that I could have avoid a natural colored bag body. The fact that I could add a pocket to the outside was a bonus. As a mother, my kids are always passing stuff over for me to keep up with and my boat and tote bag holds it all and still looks great. Now I'm looking for excuses to buy more! I also am thrilled that it is made in the USA. The only reservation I have with this bag is that the color online is slightly different from the reality.

I always admired these bags from afar for being unique. So I decided to purchase one in Dark Fern. But mini situation with it was, do I use my (now) maiden name or (soon to be) married name?? I went for my married name and now is holding all my personal belongings for the wedding. It's a beautiful bag. The zipper on the top extends upwards for extra space and I ordered it with the long handles for slinging it on the shoulder. Material is beautiful and monogramming was done perfectly. Excellent job LLbean! My third purchase to date and I've been a happy camper for the whole trip!
