I work in Hawaii on movies sets; on the beach, in the jungle and on boats. I am in the motion picture camera department, and in these environments these bags are the only solution. I can load an extra-large ziptop with filters, cables, matte boxes, eyebrows, hard mattes, hand held handles – you get the idea, I think – and not worry about mud, salt water or sand getting in, or the bag failing from the weight. They never have.
I often use a bag to carry the camera battery, with just the power cable running to the camera protruding, and leave it on the bottom of a HB Zodiac without concern; the canvas takes so long to get saturated the day will be over before the battery gets wet.
Monogrammed, there is also no question whose stuff it is when we hit the dock.

I bought this bag to use on my wedding day at the end of the month to carry all my things that I'm going to need to get ready. I love it so much!! I got the XL and it is huge!! I also got it monogrammed with my new initials, which makes it extra special. The quality of LL Bean's products never disappoint. This huge bag with monogram was about the same (if not cheaper) than some others that I was looking at that weren't near the size or quality that LL Bean offers. Will definitely be buying more sizes and colors!!!
