I ordered a custom tote bag in a size large, green and blue with a zip top and let me just say this is the best bag I have ever owned! I’ve used it all spring/summer long to lug the kids beach gear, as an overnight bag, and it’s the perfect size for a carry on bag for a flight. You could get a weekends worth of stuff at least, more if you don’t bring shoes and bulky items. I’d say five days worth if going tropical and packing light. I ordered the shorter handles and it fits on my shoulder perfectly if I want to carry it that way or it’s comfy to carry it as a tote too. I am ordering two so far as Christmas gifts because my family/friends compliment it every time they see it! I do recommend ordering a custom one only because of the main bag color. Mine is funky green and it gets dirty easy because we are an active sporty family, I can’t imagine what the cream colored one would look like with my crew!! I also had our last name put on it so any one of us can use it. MADE IN THE USA!! Let’s face it, it’s the best way to go. If only everything was the quality of LL.BEAN I’d never have to replace an item again!
Received nice bag . However Monogram clearly did not match the Monogram on the order & packing slip. Returning bag to LL Bean. Seems to be a quality control issue with the Monogramming operation.
