I have a few of these. I use one in my Jeep to hold my emergency items. it fits behind my seat with the back seats down (the dog uses the back 99% of the time). I have one with the Lab embroidered on it for Maggie's travel bag. It's great to hold her yummies and travel gear. I have a mini that I use as a purse in the summer. I have others as well. The greatest thing about these bags are that they can be washed and dried in the machine. I have cleaned them many times and they still look and act like new. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about using them.
My husband and I have been traveling all over the country and when we got engaged one of the things we could agree on was a New England wedding. We wanted to incorporate all of the things we love and one of them is LL Bean. We called them and ordered more than 30 bags and wrapped up our lobster candy, red sox bagged peanuts, Poland Spring Water Bottles, etc... into our LL Bean Bags with brown straps to look like a Boston Baked Bean. People still use their bags today. They loved them and it was by far one of the best ideas we had. THANK YOU, LL Bean for making our wedding a memorable event. Bought three of these for our daughters with their names embroidered for Christmas and will stuff other presents inside. Also for the person on my secret Santa list! Can't go wrong with a Bean Tote...plus they're made in Maine, USA!
I have several of these bags in all sizes and colors. The LLBean bag is one of the most well-designed totes. Such a simple but useful bag. Their simplicity is their best asset. They are cute but tough, and show no wear even after lots of use. I especially like the fact that they are stiff enough to actually stand up. The bottoms are just the right size to keep the bag from tipping over. They are also one of my favorite gift items to give, and I have the bag personalized and use it as the "gift bag" while I stuff it with other gift items, (such as LLBean fleece :)).
