I bought the large with a monogram and thought it was just perfect. I had a problem with the wrong shipping address and customer service quickly corrected it. The shipping was super fast and the monogram was stitched perfectly. The large is really big and holds tons of stuff. I love it so much that I ordered a medium and small both with monograms.
Since I returned to work in November, I've been looking for a good, decently priced bag for my Medela pump, bottle cooler, lunch, etc. I got the medium sized tote with the long handles and it is perfect.
