Excellent bag. Good quality. Only thing wrong with it is that it (ex large)holds too much stuff and thus can become heavy to tote. Monogram is beautiful workmanship too!
I couldn't do without it. This is my second one. The first I had for 12 years and this one is even better with longer handles. It is good for carrying just about anything you need to carry whether you are going to a friend's house for dinner or moving laundry from up-stairs to downstairs.
The service in accomodating our required delivery date was wonderful!

This bag was for my wife - I have had the same bag for over 15 years, and it is still serving me well.
There is one difference between the bags, however. Mine has a small zippered pocket sewn in near the top zipper, which comes in very handy for small items you may need enroute. Without that, looking for such things involves rooting around in the bag's contents - not a good thing!
I assume that the small zippered pocket was deleted as a cost-cutting measure. I, for one, would rather pay a couple of dollars to retain that pocket.
As an example, the bag was the only item I could carry out when Crystal River was flooded in March of '93. I had a change of warm clothes, toilet articles and other miscellaneous stuff, which were kept dry - great! But that little pouch was invaluable in storing my wallet, money and keys where they could be reached easily!
