I love these totes. I especially love the XL with the long handles and zip close. I use them for my kids/family for anything from overnights to beach days. I have started ordering them for friends as baby gifts BUT the XL totes only come in a few very masculine colors. Its very frustrating when I want to order softer colors or have other choices. Not sure why the smaller size has so many options but not the XL.
love, love love these totes. we have several.my husband wishes there was a cargo pocket on the outside for eyeglasses etc. he uses his for carrying shells on the trap field- perfect shape and can take the heavy load.
Ok first of all, I ordered this on a Saturday and received it on Tuesday. Holy cow I'm so impressed with the shipping - AND it was monogrammed!! This is a fabulous bag, went with the long shoulder straps and I'm happy that I did: fits perfectly over my shoulder and I don't have to break my wrist to get it there. My one grievance is that there are no pockets. I am a pocket lover, and I would love to see just one in the front or in the bag to hold smaller items. Other than that, it's a perfect, study, durable bag. Thank you L.L. Bean!
