I ordered the bag in Ember and got it monogrammed. The monogram thread color (Salmon) is MUCH too light for the bag and looks strange with the Ember color. It really does not look good. The bag itself and the Ember color are wonderful.
I have given at least 10 large totes personalized as baby gifts....everyone loves them! the quality is top notch and the tote is so practical. It holds so many items and is great for sleepovers.
For Christmas I bought 7 small totes for friends...great to carry to the pool or even to hold coupons.
This bag is an excellent deal. The extra large with the zipper is perfect for hauling swim gear for a family of five. The only thing that prevents me from giving this five stars is that it needs a pocket somewhere. An exterior pocket similar to the one available on the custom tote and an inside zipper pocket to hold cell phone, keys, wallet, etc. would make this perfect! How about it, LLBean? Think you could make this improvement? :)
I received the small boat and tote today. The colour is great, and it has such a sturdy design. I'm pleasantly surprised that it has arrived already since I only ordered it 3 days ago and it was monogrammed, too. Wow! It's beautiful and I love it!
