Purchased 2 large and 2 medium totes a few years back when they were on sale just to try them out. Absolutely worth it. These bags are solid and stand up to multiple uses. I typically use them for grocery shopping but they have helped me store and move things when I relocate. Keep making this bag Bean.
I love Bean tote bags and this one - my first small with long handles- is perfect. The zip top is great for when it is needed, otherwise is kind of "out of the way". The long handles (over the shoulder!) make it a good everyday bag. Bought 2 - monogrammed - for gifts this year.
I love the LLBean totes but it appears that after years of customizing the body color of the tote that you can now only chose from a small amount of HANDLE colors only! These are the best totes ever, I use them as a purse more than my very expensive name brand tote from elsewhere. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED....PLEASE RETURN THE FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE TOTES...... If you do, call me, I will place several orders, without the fully customizable option I will no longer order from LLBean!!
I just ordered another one of these. They are fabulous. Purchased one for every gal on my Christmas list. They are the most durable tote on the market. The monogram gives it a nice personal touch. A perfect gift. I absolutely love the fact that they are made in the USA.
