For many years, I have been using L.L Bean totes for number of things. Size M for my dog (abby) items. My large tote for the beach and pool. But as my son getting older and the more items we need to bring to the pool and beach. I just ordered and received my EXTRA Large tote! I LOVE IT! So far so good with holding all my items for our daily pool or beach runs. Also knowing the well designed American made bags, I can load it up and not worry about breaking.

I've had this bag (medium long handles) now for 6 years. It was used to carry all my books in college as well as a weekend duffel bag. This bag is indestructible and the best quality item I've ever purchased. This bag has been through a lot in the last 6 years and it still looks brand new and has yet to show any signs of wear and tear. I'm now purchasing one for my sister who's going to school! I would recommend this bag to anyone!!
I received this bag as a high school graduation gift in 1986, and it is still going strong. I purchased another about 10 years ago only due to ragged appearance from age, but the overall quality and funtonality is beyond compare. I didn't truly appreciate this gift as an 18 year old, but as a 44 year old mother of 2 I love it!
